Shuffle running has been the bane of my existence lately. I just want to run fast, but I know I should trust my training and if it says "easy," to go easy. Comparison really is the thief of joy, and we just have to remember that we are doing what is right for us, to get us to our personal start line and through our own races :) Haha I'm also worried that I have my trainer set up wrong too. Some days my speed is crazy off the charts and others I feel like I can't work any harder and my HR is going no where. I'm sure with more time spent on the trainer, we'll figure it out!

Looking forward to following along on your journey this season!Kelseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04039770760853219229noreply@blogger.com
